I had a relatively minor motor vehicle accident when I hit another vehicle from behind. However, this could have resulted in 3 points at least on my driving record but Mr.Cheek was able to get the charges completely dismissed! Now I might also be able to approach my insurance company and perhaps get a reduction in my premiums which basically doubled after this accident. Even if that doesn’t happen, my driving record stays clean and that was a tremendous relief and great outcome. I have several charges and so far I have not had to appear for any of those charges. He also has already taken care of two of charges with having those reduced to improper equipment.
